Where is the store?
SDK Creations is an online store based out of Pennsylvania. We do not currently have a physical retail location; however we do participate in Pop-up shops throughout the year. Events will be posted on our social media.
Can I mail you something I own to monogram?
We are unable to accept outside items to monogram and personalize.
What is your return policy?
Custom & personalized items from SDK Creations are final sale due to the personalized nature of the monogrammed gifts. If you receive your order and an error was made, please Contact US so we may help you! If you personalize something that is not personalized according to the order, you can contact me for a return.

What happens if my package is returned?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase due to an error, please contact our customer service within 10 days of receipt for a return authorization and instructions. We will contact you via email as soon as your package is returned to us. If the package was returned due to an inaccurate or incomplete address, we will ask that you pay an additional standard shipping charge for the second shipment.

How long will it take to get my order?

Processing time refers to the amount of time it takes SDK Creations to make your special item to be personalized, and does not include the transit time it takes to reach you once the completed order has been shipped to you.
